Do I get to choose the samples I would like to try?

With every order at aurabeautybox.com you have the opportunity to receive up to three samples free. We are currently developing this area of the website so shortly you will be able to select exactly what samples you wish to try. In the meantime we will carefully choose a selection to compliment your purchase/s and hope you enjoy them.

Due to the limited nature of the free samples, we regret that we are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one, or if one is missing from your order. Samples are shipped with product purchases ONLY. Please note that eGift Certificates and Gift Cards are not considered product purchases.

How can I check the status of my order?

How long will it take to receive my order?

What are your Christmas posting times?

What is your Returns/Exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, or for an alternative/replacement product.

Return shipping is free. Simply fill in the returns form received with your order package and enclose it with your return parcel. Post using the pre-printed return label provided.

Please note that returns can take up to 10 days to be delivered back to us. Once we received it will be processed within 48 hours.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes all packaging, cellophane and tamper resistant seals. All goods will be inspected on return.

If any returned goods are considered unfit for re-sale, they will not be accepted by our returns department.

We recommend you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them.

We also recommend that you retain proof of sending.
